Frequently Asked Questions

Answer: Revenue invoiced is the billable amount for digital advertising that you sell as a publisher through the AdNode platform. This applies for direct orders and private marketplace ad campaigns where the advertiser or ad agency is implementing AdNode.

Answer: No problem! Any unused amount of revenue invoiced through AdNode is carried over to the following month. If you sign up for the plan with $10,000 per month and generate only $5,000 in revenue in your first month, the remaining $5,000 balance will be carried over to your second month resulting $15,000 total revenue invoiced through AdNode remaining in your account.

Answer: Absolutely! With annual subscriptions, your company receives the full credit upfront and can use it in any month you desire. For example, if you select the annual option for the plan with $10,000 per month of revenue invoiced through AdNode, you will immediately receive a balance of $120,000 per year of revenue invoiced through AdNode.

Answer: Yes, that’s only fair! Any unused amounts carry-over to the following year.

Answer: You can easily change plans or pause your subscription. If you need to change plans, go to Settings (top right icon) > Subscription > Adjust my Plan. If you would like to pause your subscription, go to Settings (top right icon) > Subscription > Pause my Plan.

Answer: We accept subscription payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or bank account withdrawal (U.S. Banks only). All payments are securely handled either by Stripe or Plaid.

We also accept bank wire transfers for annual subscriptions only.

Answer: A subscription is required to accept insertion orders in AdNode’s system. Yes, you can absolutely wait to select a subscription plan when you receive your first insertion order. A subscription is not required to receive login credentials and start familiarizing yourself with the platform.

Answer: No, only one subscription is required. Your firm’s AdNode subscription works across all your ad campaigns with all advertisers and ad agencies. All domain names associated with a single account can benefit from the same subscription, including for large publisher families.

Answer: Yes! Publisher subscription pricing is available in the 15 currencies below.
• North America: USD, CAD
• Europe: EUR, GBP, NOK, CHF, DKK, SEK
